Terms and Conditions

Contract conclusion:
Registration for driving lessons can be done verbally, by telephone, by email, or online. The contract is concluded when DRIVING UNLIMITED by Dominic Artiglio confirms the registration/booking to the customer in writing and ends after passing the practical driving test or after the course has ended.

2nd prizes:
The prices for driving lessons that apply are those listed or communicated to the customer on the day they register for a lesson/subscription. These prices are binding for the specified subscription period. Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are gross prices in Swiss francs (including VAT). DRIVING UNLIMITED reserves the right to change prices at any time. Such changes will only take effect for existing contracts upon the next renewal of the subscription period – regardless of whether the price change is to the customer's advantage or disadvantage.

3. Flat fee for insurance/administration:
A one-time fee for insurance and administrative costs is payable for each driving course. This fee is charged in addition to the price of the first driving lesson. During driving lessons, damage to the driving school vehicle and third parties is fully covered by the driving school's insurance.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling
Driving lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled lesson time. Courses for traffic theory or first aid must be cancelled at least 72 hours (3 business days) before the scheduled date. DRIVING UNLIMITED must be informed of the cancellation by phone or email. If the student or course participant misses a scheduled driving lesson or course appointment, or fails to appear at the meeting point at the agreed time (without adhering to these cancellation conditions), the full cost will be charged to the customer.

5. Invoicing, payment deadline:
The total cost for driving lessons and lesson packages must be paid in advance on the first day, at the start of the lesson or package period. If the costs for packages or lessons are not paid after the service has been provided, the driving instructor may refuse to provide further instruction. All costs for packages and lessons must be paid no later than the date of the practical driving test. If payment is not received, the driving instructor may refuse to accompany the student during the practical driving test or cancel the test appointment. Any resulting cancellation fees (costs for taking the practical test) will be charged to the student.

6. Duration of driving lesson:
A driving lesson lasts 45 minutes. The lesson begins with the initial greeting and ends after a new appointment has been scheduled.

7. Conditions for participation in driving lessons
A valid learner's permit (original learner's permit card, not a printed copy) is required for participation in driving lessons and must be presented before each lesson. If the learner's permit is not carried during the driving lesson, corrective lenses are not worn as indicated in the learner's permit (01), the student wears inappropriate footwear (high heels, flip-flops, etc.), or the student is unfit to drive (e.g., due to alcohol or drug use), the lesson will be charged in full to the student.
